This is the 5th time that the Cricket World Cup is being held in England and Wales. The first match was played at The Oval and the final match will be played at Lord’s.
Unlike the last Cricket World Cup editions, this time the format for the tournament is a single group of 10 teams, with each team has to play the other nine teams once. At the end of this group phase, the top 4 teams progressing to the semi-finals.
